Pricing varies based on the scope of services, size of current home, location, and the number of items in the home. On average, services range from $1,500-$6,000. After the initial consultation a written estimate will be given so you know exactly what to expect.

These individualized plans are to be used as a guide. Each customer and job will receive a specifically tailored plan to fit their needs.

Package 1

This package is for people who need a gentle nudge. They are excited about the downsizing process and will be hands-on in the process. They will most likely have family members assisting with packing and removing furniture.  

Package 2

This is for the homeowner who doesn’t know where to start and is extremely overwhelmed. They need assistance with the core activities of the move and do not want to rely solely on friends and family for support. 

Package 3

This package is best for the person who wants their move to be relaxed and carefree. They want to delegate time-consuming and physical demands to an experienced move manager. They will walk into their new home feeling rested and at ease.
