Let us Be Your One-Stop Shop
With our combined experience in manufacturing, customer service, and logistics, we decided to start our company to create a positive impact in our community. As we reached middle age, we noticed many of our friends and family struggling to balance their lives while managing their parents’ moves. This made us realize there was a gap between moving companies and organizing services that we could fill.
With Christie as a licensed real estate agent, we are well-equipped to manage the staging and sale of your home while also helping to set up your new residence.
Helping Through Hospitality
Christie grew up in Northeast Ohio and began her career in the restaurant industry, where she spent most of her time in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. During this time, she developed a strong work ethic and a desire to work directly with people. In 2018, Christie transitioned to real estate, assisting friends and family in finding their ideal homes. Recognizing the need for a more in-depth approach to helping active adults, she earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) accreditation through the Ohio Board of Realtors in 2025. Additionally, she is an active member of NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers).
In her free time, she enjoys being in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes (some successful, some not), reading books and discussing them over wine with her book club, crafting, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Mick started on the production floor as a kid and rose through the ranks to become president of a local manufacturing company.
His ascension was made possible by maintaining a strong focus on customer service, logistics, and sales. He has a keen understanding of people’s needs. With his wife, Christie, he sought to combine their skills to create a regional company which will make a significant local impact.
At heart, Mick is an indoor kid. His interests include history, aviation, and classic cinema. He enjoys spending time with his family, visiting museums, and reading all the informational plaques he can find.

These individualized plans are to be used as a guide. Each customer and job will receive a specifically tailored plan to fit their needs.
Package 1
This package is for people who need a gentle nudge. They are excited about the downsizing process and will be hands-on in the process. They will most likely have family members assisting with packing and removing furniture.
Package 2
This is for the homeowner who doesn’t know where to start and is extremely overwhelmed. They need assistance with the core activities of the move and do not want to rely solely on friends and family for support.
Package 3
This package is best for the person who wants their move to be relaxed and carefree. They want to delegate time-consuming and physical demands to an experienced move manager. They will walk into their new home feeling rested and at ease.
